Yep, that's right these puppies are stainless! We love our high-carbon steel here at Folded Steel, but we get it...not everyone wants to deal with the upkeep.

The Hawthorn Collection is a beautiful stainless damascus san-mai made with stainless high-carbon 10Cr15CoMov and 430 stainless steel with a 10Cr15CoMov core. The modern sweeping handles are outfitted with rare Ziricote and G10 for a classy tuxedo look. If James Bond was a chef, this is the set he'd be rocking.

This collection is a full-tang design with references to our other collections including the elements you've grown to love from Folded Steel. Featuring an exposed tang at the end of the handle and the hand-ground pattern on the blade that we're known for, this set is sure to cause some jealousy.
